Andrei IORDĂCHESCU

Andrei is a Junior Partner and coordinates the litigation department within the Mitu & Asociații Law Firm. He joined the team in 2013 and in 2018 he became a Junior Partner as a result of his constant activity, involvement and outstanding qualities. Over the years, Andrei has proved himself to be a real partner, constantly supporting our activity.

Andrei began his career in law in 2010 and specialised in assisting and representing clients in courts in civil, corporate, administrative and competition legal matters.

Prior to joining the team at Mitu Solicitors, Andrei worked for Clifford Chance in their Bucharest office. Clifford Chance is one of the largest multinational law firms, and allowed Andrei during his time there to accumulate significant experience in legal consultancy in the field of corporate, competitive and health law.
